Goals
• To provide a safe, supportive, drug & alcohol free living environment for all residents.
• To provide residents support, guidance, and preparation to successfully secure fulltime, stable employment.
• To reduce the recidivism rate of incarcerated prisoners by providing a work release program that offers residents support, training, and mentoring. The focus is on breaking the cycle of the life controlling issues of addiction, crime, poverty and family dysfunction. The goals are to assist residents in achieving long term stability, sobriety and self-sufficiency and prepare them for success in their family life, and in becoming a productive citizen. |

• To reduce the relapse rate, and increase the success of transitional housing residents, by providing a structured program that offers support, life coaching, and a focus on overcoming their life controlling issues. The goal is to help them successfully break the cycle of addiction, unemployment, and homelessness, and achieve long term stability, employment, sobriety and self-sufficiency, and in becoming a productive citizen in the community. |
